Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** We are seeking a consultant who will operate at the intersection of technology and business strategy, integrated within the Emana Pay structure. This professional will be responsible for transforming raw data into strategic business intelligence by developing directional studies and high-impact dashboards. They will actively participate in governing the Metrics Book, co-designing data modeling requirements with the Engineering team, and structuring and guiding the Self-Service BI culture to empower stakeholders and business areas. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Conduct in-depth analytical studies, integrating market and internal data, to generate actionable intelligence, identify trends, and support leadership decision-making. * Conceptually model and structure critical information for consolidating executive reports and results presentations aimed at management and the board. * Define data perspectives and guide stakeholders toward establishing a Self-Service BI culture, promoting business area autonomy. * Build and maintain the official Metrics Book and indicators for the area, ensuring standardization of business rules and unifying the company’s data language. * Lead the discovery process and critically assess business requirements prior to development, refining final objectives and directing appropriate modeling to avoid rework in the delivery pipeline. * Act as a consulting interface with the Data Engineering/Analytics Engineering team, defining functional requirements for table structures needed for dashboards. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies and manage the delivery roadmap with a strong sense of ownership. **What are the requirements?** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Technology, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. * Solid professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Data Analysis, or Market Intelligence. * Proficiency in the Tableau data visualization tool (creating fast, intuitive dashboards focused on decision-making). * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Strong conceptual understanding of Star Schema data modeling (structuring tables, relationships, and optimized views for business consumption). * Practical knowledge or familiarity with code versioning workflows via GitHub. * Technical-level English for reading documentation and operating tools. **What are the differentiators?** * Prior experience in financial sector companies, fintechs, or startups. * Experience with modern data tools and stacks, such as Python, Databricks, and DBT. \#LI\-TB1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
