We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across various business areas. This professional will be responsible for analyzing business needs, mapping data sources, and transforming information into strategic opportunities through clear and impactful visualizations. **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Analyze business needs and define how to address them using available data. * Support internal teams in identifying and collecting relevant data. * Gather information about systems and generate insights to support and strengthen decision-making at all levels. * Translate complex analyses into practical and strategic recommendations for the business. * Develop ad-hoc tools for analysis and forecasting to support strategic initiatives. * Coordinate and work with large volumes of data from diverse systems. * Map business needs and rules, as well as available data, to develop transformation routines (pipelines). * Document the complete data flow — from origin to consumption — including sources, update frequency, volume, and usage methods. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology**, **Computer Science**, or related fields. * **Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience** in data analysis and visualization. * Solid knowledge of **Business Intelligence systems** and **advanced data literacy**. * Proven ability to translate analytical conclusions into business insights and communicate results effectively to non-technical audiences. * Proficiency in **SQL**, **Power BI**, and **Tableau** (Prep + Desktop). * Experience with **Databricks** and development of data pipelines. * Skill in collecting, managing, visualizing, and applying data efficiently. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience with data mapping and end-to-end ETL processes. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving focus. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in teams. * Availability for **occasional on-site visits to clients in SP**, when required.
