HBJ Biomassa, a company located in Bebedouro, in the interior of São Paulo, which operates in the production, transportation, and commercialization of biomass with a focus on sustainable solutions for the Brazilian industrial market, is seeking a **Junior Controller Analyst** to join our team and contribute to the organization’s growth. **Workplace**: Office in Bebedouro/SP (on-site) **Responsibilities**: * Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial projections; * Conduct performance analyses (income statements, financial and operational indicators); * Monitor budget variances and propose action plans; * Support monthly managerial closing; * Develop and monitor KPIs and management reports; * Support internal and external audits; * Contribute to improving internal processes and controls. **Requirements**: * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Knowledge of budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); * Familiarity with Power BI is desirable. **Job details**: * Full-time position * CLT employment contract * On-site work.
