If you are passionate about technology and innovation, committed to delivering high-quality results, dynamic, and ready to face new challenges, **join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * Consolidate and validate managerial information for Brazil and abroad. * Execute monthly closing, including critical reconciliations, accruals, and reclassifications. * Prepare financial analyses (EBITDA, margins, variances, KPIs). * Participate in budgeting and periodic reviews (forecasting). * Monitor costs, accruals, and inventories. * Support the development of executive reports for senior management. * Conduct variance analyses comparing budgeted versus actual results. * Monitor and support calculation of Real Profit (Lucro Real). * Participate in internal and external audits. * Propose process and governance improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree/MBA is a plus. * Intermediate or advanced Spanish proficiency. * Solid experience in controlling functions. * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). * Knowledge of BI tools is a plus. * Experience with ERP systems (TOTVS/Protheus/SAP/Softland). * Understanding of Real Profit (Lucro Real) regulations. * Experience with managerial reporting and consolidation. **Additional Information** **Here’s what awaits you:** * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Meal and food allowance—credited to the Flash flexible benefits card * Health and dental insurance * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Pharmacy discount program * Birthday day off after one year of employment, contingent upon attendance **Work Schedule and Location Information:** * **Work Hours:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * **Location:** Fully on-site in Itatiba, SP—Brazil. **DCBM Data Center** specializes in providing infrastructure solutions for Hyper-Scale Data Centers across Latin America.
