SENIOR CONTROLLER ANALYST

Description

We are seeking a **Senior Controller Analyst** to strategically support the company's financial planning cycle through consolidation, critical analysis, and interpretation of economic\-financial data, ensuring qualified support for decision-making. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead **Budget, Forecast, and periodic reviews**, ensuring alignment of forecasts with corporate goals and strategic planning; * Prepare the monthly **Management Income Statement (P&L)**, performing critical variance analyses (**Actual vs. Budget**) and recommending corrective actions; * Conduct analysis and monitoring of **cost centers, operating expenses, and financial KPIs**, supporting decision-making; * Develop **financial models and strategic scenarios**, including cash flow projections, profitability outcomes, and investment/contract feasibility assessments; * Work with **Business Intelligence**, developing and monitoring management dashboards and KPIs in **Power BI and/or Qlik Sense**; * Serve as the Controller's focal point for **SAP (FI/CO modules)**, ensuring financial data integrity and reliability of management reports; * Consolidate, interpret, and present **financial performance indicators**, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making; * Prepare executive materials and presentations for **Executive Committee and Board of Directors (BoD)** meetings, highlighting business risks, opportunities, and performance; * Lead initiatives for **continuous improvement and financial efficiency**, collaborating cross-functionally with operational areas. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, or Economics**; ✔ **3 to 4 years** of experience in **Controlling, FP\&A, or Financial Planning**; ✔ Knowledge of **financial and management KPIs**; ✔ Experience with **Budget, Forecast, Management P&L, cost centers, and expense control**; ✔ Understanding of **strategic planning and decision-support processes**; ✔ Experience with **SAP (FI/CO modules)**; ✔ Proficiency in **Business Intelligence tools**, preferably **Power BI and/or Qlik Sense**; ✔ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability; **What We Offer:** Health and dental insurance, on-site meals, dedicated parking, transportation allowance, educational institution partnerships, and Wellhub. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from **08:12 AM to 6:00 PM**.
