In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and has specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia and Chile. With our 46 industrial units (including 3 processed-food units, 38 cattle slaughter and deboning plants, and 5 industrial units focused on sheep), we offer healthy and nutritious products sold worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist the team monthly in analyzing budgetary and managerial business results, and share findings with area managers via system data and internal controls, aiming to keep company revenues and expenses under control within established deadlines; * Consolidate information for result preparation and analysis, identifying variances and opportunities for improvement; * Compare and analyze Budget vs. Actual performance, ensuring management receives timely information to set growth targets and obtain a holistic view of financials; * Support management in analyzing and contributing to improvements in area control systems, assisting the team in projects or processes to meet client-established deadlines and goals; * Contribute ideas to improve departmental procedures, aiming to optimize budgetary activities and ensure correct expense allocation by users or payment requesters; * Verify received information, identify discrepancies, and flag them for responsible parties to correct and return accurate materials for business result preparation and consolidation; * Extract necessary information from systems to prepare weekly, and subsequently monthly, results. The data used comprises the entire income statement (DRE) of the business, verifying correctness of values, identifying variations, and seeking appropriate justifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education and Training** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. * Postgraduate degree in Finance/Controller Functions is a plus. **Skills and Competencies** * Proficiency in Excel; * Analytical skills with ability to interpret and present financial data clearly and concisely; * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers; * Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to explain financial concepts to non-specialists; * Ability to work well in teams and collaborate effectively in a collaborative environment; * Proactivity in seeking solutions and continuous improvements. **Additional Information** * Meal and Food Allowance; * Medical and Dental Assistance; * Wellhub; * Life Insurance.
