Continuous improvement of departmental processes **Position: Senior Controller Analyst — Job Description** We are looking for a **Senior Controller Analyst** to strategically contribute to financial control, performance analysis, and leadership decision support. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of managerial information, supporting financial planning, and contributing to the continuous improvement of departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, analyze, and monitor **managerial reports**, financial statements, and performance indicators (KPIs); * Participate in the **budgeting process** (budget, forecast, and periodic revisions), tracking variances between budgeted vs. actual results; * Conduct analyses of **costs, expenses, profitability, and margins**; * Support monthly accounting close, ensuring consistency of financial information; * Develop financial studies and analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Participate in defining and improving **internal controller processes**; * Support internal and external audits, as required; * Collaborate with departments such as Accounting, Tax, Finance, and other business areas; * Serve as a technical reference for junior analysts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields**; * Proven experience in **Controller functions** or finance-related roles; * Solid knowledge of **financial analysis, budgeting, and cost control**; * Advanced proficiency in **Excel/Google Sheets**; * Experience with **ERP systems** (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or similar); * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and attention to detail; * Good communication skills and a consultative approach toward internal departments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controller, or related fields; * Experience with **Power BI or other BI tools**; * Experience in mid- to large-sized companies; * Knowledge of financial modeling. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Organization and deadline management; * Critical thinking and results orientation; * Ability to collaborate and operate strategically. **Work Model** * On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday Compensation: R$6.500,00 – R$7.000,00 per month Experience: * Sienge system?
