If you seek a dynamic environment full of opportunities where your work truly makes a difference, it makes perfect sense for you to live the purpose of "delighting people democratically and accessibly" with us**.** **Our Way of Being** We Make It Happen \| Protagonists \| Accelerated \| Collaborative \| Optimistic, yet grounded **Our Values** Delight \| Bold Innovation \| Collaboration \| Commitment to Results \| Transparency **\#JoinSTZ \#JoinOuze — let’s grow together!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Strategically and analytically manage collections operations, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs), productivity, operational efficiency, and financial outcomes — supporting decision-making and ensuring continuous improvement of processes and operational results. **Key Responsibilities:** Monitor and analyze operational and financial collections indicators; Build, track, and present operational KPIs; Conduct performance, productivity, and operational efficiency analyses; Identify deviations, opportunities, and propose action plans; Support capacity management, forecasting, and operational sizing; Develop dashboards, executive reports, and management presentations; Track indicators such as: Collections efficiency; CPC; Conversion; Rolling; Productivity; SLA; TMA; ABS; Effective contact; Financial recovery; Operational breakdown; Projection of target achievement; Collaborate closely with supervisors, management, and strategic departments; Ensure governance and standardization of indicators; Conduct mailing studies, portfolio segmentation, and performance analysis; Support definition of operational strategies and collections escalation frameworks; Automate controls and optimize processes using Excel, BI tools, and data; Prepare executive materials for the board of directors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in: * Administration; * Engineering; * Economics; * Statistics; * Financial Management; * Related fields. **Technical Knowledge** Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI; Call Center KPIs; Collections and delinquency management; Forecasting and sizing; Data and operational performance analysis; SQL; Dialer and CRM tools. **Additional Information** Important details you should know: **Where will I work?** Jardim Eldorado \- Palhoça/SC **What is the work modality?** On-site **What are my working hours?** From 08:30 to 18:33, with a 01:15 lunch break.
