After all, it is 100% Brazilian—and built by people who wholeheartedly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Planning and execution of audit cycles—including defining stages, performing tests, and continuously monitoring results—with emphasis on loss reduction, fraud prevention, and identification of emerging risks. * Structuring, developing, and executing manual and automated audit tests across low-, medium-, and high-complexity controls, as well as supporting official inventory processes. * Extracting, organizing, and analyzing databases to support audit testing and substantiate the identification of weaknesses in processes, systems, and operational controls. * Evaluating processes, routines, and work organization to identify and implement improvement opportunities, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks. * Tracking pending items and project statuses jointly with business areas, including preparing and disseminating reports and presentations for stakeholders. * Fulfilling customized requests and supporting the development of the annual audit plan. * Applying the company’s sustainability guidelines and environmental policies, including understanding associated impacts, risks, and emergency procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Auditing & Internal Controls is desirable; * Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI; * Knowledge of programming logic; * Familiarity with data analysis tools such as ACL, SQL, R, or Python is desirable; * Experience in Auditing and/or Internal Controls. **Worth noting:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** * Gym Benefit (Wellhub). * Tuition Assistance Program. * Christmas Basket at year-end and children’s kit for your kids. * Monthly product basket. * Dental clinic. * Health insurance and dental plan. * Educary – Education program for youth and adults. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Chartered bus service. * PPR – Profit-sharing program. * Cuidar Program: Focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Cafeteria: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Meal allowance.
