Be the person who transforms the future of healthcare, \#VemSerDasa. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Advanced Data Modeling:** Build and maintain complex data models in **BigQuery** and **Snowflake**, applying dimensional modeling techniques and performance optimization. * **Dataform/dbt Development:** Develop data transformation pipelines using **Dataform** (preferred) or dbt, ensuring modularity and code reusability. * **Data Quality and Testing:** Implement automated data tests and ensure rigorous technical documentation for each table and business rule developed. * **Automation and CI/CD:** Operate and evolve deployment pipelines, ensuring production changes are secure and validated via Git. * **Code Review and Support:** Conduct peer code reviews and support junior/mid-level analysts with daily technical challenges. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **SQL Expert:** Absolute mastery of SQL for complex transformations, window functions, and cost/performance optimization. * **Experience with Dataform or dbt:** Solid hands-on experience with at least one of these transformation tools. * **Cloud Data Warehousing:** Proven experience with **BigQuery** (partitioning, clustering) and/or **Snowflake**. * **Engineering Culture:** Proficiency in **Git** (version control), basic CI/CD, and data governance concepts. * **Problem-Solving Profile:** Ability to take a complex business problem and translate it into an efficient table architecture. **Desirable:** * **Python:** Knowledge for task automation and API integration. * **Cloud Run / Docker:** Familiarity with infrastructure for orchestrating data processes. * **Data Architecture:** Knowledge of various methodologies (Star Schema, Data Vault, or OBT). **Additional Information** It is by caring for our people that we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition care: Meal Voucher/Food Voucher; * Health care: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Professional development: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Performance-based bonus (PPR).
