Department Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationSão Paulo The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end\-to\-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. This ensures the quality of our logistics operations and strengthens our culture of collaboration and agility. *Your Mission* Responsible for auditing and proposing improvements to operations, ensuring standardization of security processes within the SOC.**Job Description:***What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like** Conduct training for departmental security staff and other internal stakeholders; * Ensure staff compliance with security processes; * Identify potential areas for improvement in existing processes; * Coordinate requests with partners/third parties; * Serve as the focal point for reporting physical security incidents within the distribution center; * Populate and monitor incident metrics across security operations; * Develop process indicators from available databases to ensure strong operational performance.* Conduct process audits to assess correct operational execution of security activities; * Manage surveillance and GR (Guard/Response) teams; * Provide investigative support whenever necessary; * Support regional branch processes; * Develop/pursue solutions for continuous operational improvement, ensuring all relevant security protocols are reviewed and enhanced whenever improvement opportunities are identified; * Experience in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating security threats; * Security Processes: Familiarity with security protocols, procedures, and policies; * Risk Assessment: Conduct security assessments to identify risk areas (risk factor, inherent risk, residual risk), 5x5 risk matrix, and action plans, as well as determine requirements for electronic security;**Requirements:***What You Need to Take on This Challenge** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Private Security Management, Logistics, or related fields; * Advanced Office Suite proficiency; * Advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate Office Suite proficiency; * Google Workspace; * BI tools; *Benefits* Medical and dental insurance, extended to dependents; Partnership with Gympass and TotalPass; Flexible Meal/Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance, Mobility Allowance, or On-site Parking; Flexible Benefits; Zenklub; Discretionary annual bonus, tied to performance.
