RPA Developer (Python)

Description

We are looking for an **RPA Developer (Python)** to work with our partner. Our Outsourcing Management team will be closely supporting you, holding 1:1 meetings to ensure strategic alignment, cultural integration, and your career growth. **Responsibilities and duties** **What you need to have:** * Identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization; * Design, develop, and implement automation solutions (RPA using UiPath, Python scripts, applications) with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and quality; * Model, design, and implement processes using BPM (Business Process Management) tools; * Gather and document requirements from business areas, translating needs into structured technical solutions; * Serve as a technical reference, supporting analyst development and disseminating best practices; * Provide consultative support to departments and agencies, promoting operational efficiency and digital transformation. **Requirements and qualifications** * Proven experience in process automation (RPA) and corporate solution development; * Practical experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate; * Advanced knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C\#, Java, JavaScript, or similar); * Experience integrating systems via APIs (REST, SOAP); * Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices; * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work autonomously; * Excellent communication skills, negotiation ability with business areas, and systemic thinking; * Knowledge of relational databases (SQL); * Prior experience managing demand/backlog and prioritizing deliverables; **It would be a plus if you:** * Have solid knowledge of programming logic, data structures, and development best practices; * Possess strong expertise in process modeling (BPMN) and hands-on experience with BPM tools; * English proficiency (Intermediate to Fluent); * Have experience in solution architecture and designing scalable automations; * Practical experience with BPM tools such as Bizagi or similar; * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines; * Understanding of end-to-end (E2E) process orchestration; * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience with application observability, monitoring, and logging; * Experience in financial environments, cooperatives, or regulated sectors; **Desired education and engagement:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; **Behavioral competencies:** * Proactive profile with strong ownership mindset; * Ability to propose innovative and scalable solutions; * Strategic vision combined with technical execution; * Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing; **Additional information** **What we offer:** Meal allowance; Health insurance; Biannual performance reviews with growth prospects; Feedback-oriented culture; Maternity/Paternity leave; Referral bonus; ZenKlub \- two free sessions per month; Education benefit; Longevity award; Coworking office available in Porto Alegre (RS). **About the hiring:** CLT employment contract; Remote work; We are committed to building an increasingly diverse and inclusive company.
