CONSTRUTORA APIA S/A, a reference in Engineering and Heavy Civil Construction for over six decades, is seeking an HR Specialist – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work strategically alongside site leadership teams in Crixás/GO. In this role, you will serve as a true strategic partner to our leaders, supporting them in decision-making, team development, culture strengthening, and directly contributing to business results. Your analytical capability and influence skills will be essential to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and contribute to process optimization. **Your Mission** Ensure technical and documentary compliance of projects, guaranteeing that all processes meet the quality standards established by the company and by the client. Conduct documentation analysis, prepare Monthly Reports (RM) and Databooks, and manage and address non-conformities using tools such as Vale’s SDx and SGQ systems to promote operational excellence and delivery integrity. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Analyze technical documentation related to processes and projects, in accordance with Vale’s customer requirements. * Prepare Monthly Reports (RM) and Databooks, in compliance with Vale’s customer requirements. * Develop, monitor, and resolve non-conformities, ensuring compliance with technical standards and Vale’s customer specifications. * Support internal and external audits, as required. * Ensure updating and organization of records in the company’s systems (Intranet and OneDrive). Requirements: * Proven experience with Vale’s SDx system. * Knowledge and practical experience with Vale’s SGQ (Quality Management System). * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. * Critical analytical ability and attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams. * Availability for on-site work in Crixás/GO. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in heavy construction and railway projects. * Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes.
