VP: **CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER** BOARD OF DIRECTORS: **IT STRATEGIC ARCHITECTURE AND PROJECTS** LOCATION: **VIVO \> SP MTZ ECOBERRINI \-** Avenida Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini, São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil, 04571\-936 Department responsible for guiding and strategically managing IT transformation initiatives, promoting effective communication of its integrated initiatives, and developing the technical capabilities of IT teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement **strategic communication plans** focused on technology transformation initiatives * Act as a communication partner for technology leadership, translating complex topics into clear and engaging narratives * Plan and execute **internal communication (endomarketing)** activities with emphasis on culture, engagement, and change management * Produce and curate content for multiple channels (intranet, email, video, corporate social media, internal and external events, social media) * Create visual and audiovisual assets (graphic design, video production and editing) for campaigns and announcements * Support designers by guiding and directing the creation of communication materials * Define and monitor **engagement and effectiveness metrics** for communication initiatives * Support **Diversity \& Inclusion** initiatives through strategic communication * Manage the editorial calendar and ensure message consistency across all touchpoints **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in **Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations**, or related fields * Proven experience as an **Internal Communications Analyst or Consultant**, specifically within technology environments * Ability to develop **structured communication plans** with strategic vision and results orientation * Experience in **multiplatform content production** (text, video, design) * Proficiency in **graphic design and video editing tools** * Capacity to work autonomously, organizedly, and proactively in dynamic environments **Desirable Qualifications** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in **Social Media in Organizations**, Corporate Communication, or related areas * Experience in communication focused on **Tech Organizational Culture** * Knowledge of **agile methodologies** and familiarity with technology teams * Experience with internal communication metrics and analytics * Experience in **external communication** and corporate social media management **Additional Information** See what we offer you: At Vivo, we spare no effort in supporting and valuing our employees.
