Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Analyst with an analytical mindset and results-oriented approach to structure, monitor, and control strategic projects. Key Highlights: 1. Structuring and monitoring strategic projects. 2. Applying methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. 3. Assessing the economic and financial feasibility of projects. We seek a Project Analyst who is analytical, organized, and results-oriented to support the structuring, monitoring, and control of the organization’s strategic projects. The professional will be responsible for ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while aligning involved departments and senior management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structure and monitor projects of varying complexity levels, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and quality. * Apply methodologies and frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models. * Develop and monitor schedules using MS Project and other project management tools. * Track performance indicators (KPIs) and quantitative and qualitative metrics. * Prepare and present executive reports to senior management and stakeholders. * Evaluate the economic and financial feasibility of projects (Business Case, NPV, IRR, Payback, among others). **Requirements:** * Final year of undergraduate studies or completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in MS Project. * Advanced Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel). * Knowledge of Power BI and dashboard development is a plus. * Minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
