Opportunity to apply knowledge in continuous improvement JOB: PRODUCTION ENGINEERING INTERNSHIP Location: Fortaleza\- CE Neighborhood: Joaquim Távora Workload: 6 hours daily (Monday to Friday) **Responsibilities** Support monitoring of processes; Assist in collection and analysis of performance indicators; Support organization of operational routines; Assist in preparation of reports and controls; Contribute suggestions for continuous improvement; Assist in standardization of processes and procedures; Support departments such as production, logistics, and quality. **Requirements** Currently enrolled in Production Engineering (from the 3rd semester onward); Basic Excel knowledge; Interest in learning about processes and management; Availability to intern from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Behavioral Competencies** Organization and responsibility; Proactivity and willingness to learn; Good communication skills; Analytical mindset; Teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications** Basic knowledge of performance indicators; Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (5S, PDCA, Lean); Knowledge of ERP systems. **Benefits** Internship stipend: R$ 1\.000,00; Transportation allowance \+ Life insurance; Possibility of full-time employment; Practical learning and professional development.
