Requirements: The ***Investments*** area is responsible for financial products related to treasury operations and is seeking a **Product Owner**/**Business Analyst** to join our team at Brazil’s largest software and financial-market-product development company—where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **Key responsibilities for this role include:** * Financial Product Management: Act as Product Owner throughout the system development lifecycle for treasury-related systems—including Fixed Income and Derivatives—covering definition of product vision, strategy, and clear objectives, as well as integration with legacy systems (Accounting, Checking Accounts, Risk). * Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (development, business, operations, etc.), ensuring solutions align with stakeholder needs and corporate objectives. * Customer Interaction: Engage directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and define integrations with legacy systems. **To be a \#match for this position, you must meet the following mandatory requirements:** * Required education and certifications: Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in Treasury Back-Office or Middle-Office, or in providing systems services for this area; * Knowledge of treasury-related systems: Fixed Income and Derivatives—including defining clear product vision, strategy, and objectives, and integrating with legacy systems (Accounting, Checking Accounts, Risk). **The following qualifications would be considered advantageous:** * Proficiency in pricing calculations for financial-market assets; * Knowledge of Banking Accounting Standards (COSIF); * Experience with agile product development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with all stakeholders; * Strong analytical and strategic capabilities to solve complex problems and optimize processes.
