Opportunity for professional development in the Industrial field In this role, you will support the Process Engineering team, which is responsible for optimizing and improving the company's production processes, ensuring efficient, safe, and industry-best-practice-aligned operations. **Responsibilities and Duties** As part of the team, your development will focus on activities such as: * Supporting the management, mapping, and optimization of industrial processes; * Monitoring operational indicators (KPIs) and assisting in performance analysis; * Assisting in the preparation, review, and updating of technical documentation and work instructions; * Supporting efficiency analyses, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Interacting with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety departments to align and execute activities; * Organizing and maintaining records, operational data, and other administrative routines within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a candidate eager to grow professionally in the Industrial field, with an organized, analytical, and proactive profile. The domestic market deserved even more. In 2001, Arcor expanded its portfolio and business by acquiring well-known Brazilian confectionery brands such as Kid’s, Poosh, Amor, Pirapito, and 7 Belo. What was already good became even better: in 2004, Grupo Arcor and Danone joined forces in the biscuit divisions across Argentina, Brazil, and Chile. The result? Arcor Brasil became one of the most important brands in the country, integrating two new factories in Campinas (SP) and Contagem (MG), two thousand new employees, and incorporating an extensive portfolio of brands including Aymoré, Break’UP, Danix, and Triunfo. In recent years, the company invested over USD 40 million in constructing a new factory in Recife (PE), expanding production line capacity, adopting new production technologies, implementing quality standards and programs, product research and development, innovation, marketing, and employee development.
