Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with standards and promoting continuous improvement and leadership support. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and monitor strategic SGQ performance indicators. 2. Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits. 3. Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects. Responsible for ensuring the maintenance, enhancement, and integration of the Quality Management System (QMS) at the tactical level, guaranteeing compliance with laws, regulations, and internal and external standards (e.g., ISO 9001 and related standards), promoting continuous improvement, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making. Acts as a liaison between operations and supervision, with a focus on management review, risk management, and process development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and monitor strategic SGQ performance indicators, providing data to support preparation of information for senior management review meetings. * Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and specific customer requirements; * Identify and mitigate quality- and process-related risks, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations; * Develop and revise policies, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring standardization and timely updates per regulatory requirements; * Support the implementation of continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as PDCA, MASP, FMEA, and Six Sigma; * Manage nonconformities and corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions; * Provide technical support to leadership and operational areas, promoting cross-departmental integration and alignment with corporate objectives; * Conduct internal training on quality standards and practices, strengthening the organization’s quality culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** Basic: \-Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, or Quality Management; * ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification; * Intermediate English proficiency.
