Job Summary: The Process Development Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and optimization of new and existing manufacturing processes, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Work on continuous improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes. 2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in project development. 3. Apply methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. The **Process Development Analyst** plays a critical role in designing, developing, and "*startup*" of new processes or improving existing ones. This professional is responsible for designing, conducting analyses, performing tests, and optimizing workflows, methods, and processes to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and minimized manufacturing process costs—and associated product costs. Must closely collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during project development, including engineers, technicians, safety specialists, quality specialists, product engineering, production, maintenance, and tooling personnel. **Responsibilities:** **1\.**Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define process requirements, including technical specifications, dimensional requirements, functionalities, and characteristics. **2\.**Actively participate in product development and its manufacturing processes—from concept through launch—ensuring that Development Cycle phases, timelines, and objectives are met. **3\.**Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, required resources, investments, and performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate progress. **4**.Develop and implement efficient, optimized manufacturing methods, processes, and procedures using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen principles. **5\.**Conduct time-and-motion studies (routings), workflow analyses, and factory layout assessments to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities within the project. **6\.**Develop technical lists for each precast component, maintaining calculation bases for validation with the area coordinator; perform project return-on-investment analyses (payback); **7\.**Prepare technical reports analyzing major non-conformities detected on the shop floor; **8\.**Collaborate with product engineering to translate product requirements into technically feasible process solutions, ensuring product manufacturability and proposing design improvements to facilitate production. **9\.**Develop and implement training plans for supervisors and machine operators and production workstations to enhance efficiency and quality. **10\.**Coordinate mold and tool tryouts, as well as their adjustments and corrections, to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity requirements of the relevant process. **11\.**Evaluate and implement new production technologies, equipment, and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs. **12\.**Develop, adjust/update technical documentation—including Instruction Sheets (ISs), Technical Data Sheets, and process flowcharts. **13\.**Interface with suppliers and external partners to develop innovative and sustainable manufacturing solutions. **14\.**Collect and analyze data related to process performance, internal customer feedback, and production test and tryout results to guide development decisions. **15\.**Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and applicable norms throughout the entire process development lifecycle. **Requirements:** **1\.**Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical). **2\.**Minimum 3 years’ prior experience in methods & process development within an industrial environment. **3\.**Solid knowledge of production engineering principles, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. **4\.**Proficiency in process development and management tools (PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, SMED, DFA, etc.). **5\.**Proficiency in problem-solving tools (MASP / 8D / DMAIC-Six Sigma). **6\.**Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decision-making. **7\.**Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. **8\.**Leadership and teamwork capabilities, with a results-oriented and continuous improvement mindset. **9\.**Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. **10\.**Project management tool knowledge is an advantage. **11\.**Proficiency in industrial design software. **12\.**Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for processes. **13\.**Results orientation and commitment to quality and excellence. **14\.**Flexibility to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **15\.**Advanced English Job Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation Experience: * PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, SPC, SMED, DFA (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
