Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes, supporting teams in continuous improvement and monitoring performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with process mapping, analysis, and improvement 2. Use of methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma 3. Supporting internal teams in adopting continuous improvement practices Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Quality Management, Process Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or related fields Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and Power BI certification Experience in process mapping, analysis, and improvement using methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Will support internal teams in adopting continuous improvement practices; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and measure results of initiatives; Facilitate workshops, trainings, and improvement events; Develop action plans and track implementation of improvements.
