Here, efficiency is also a way to delight. **About the Role** We are seeking a **Process, Tools, and Project Management Analyst** to drive operational efficiency at Exxmartt. This person will play a strategic role in organizing, standardizing, and scaling our operations—mapping and improving processes, developing control tools, and managing implementation projects for new clients and key improvements. This is a position with strong interaction with the **Operations Directorate**, data focus, systemic vision, and direct impact on company growth. **What this person will do daily** * Map, document, and redesign operational and administrative processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Create, implement, and manage control tools, performance tracking systems, and operational data management tools; * Lead new client implementation projects and continuous improvement initiatives—from planning through post-implementation; * Develop schedules, flowcharts, and action plans, ensuring clarity, deadlines, and accountability; * Ensure standardization of operational procedures and disseminate best practices across teams; * Analyze KPIs and data to propose continuous improvements, presenting results and recommendations directly to the Directorate; * Support management of supplies, uniforms, equipment, and materials; * Serve as backup for client visits when necessary, following training. **What we seek in you** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, Production Management, or related fields; * Experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel); * Knowledge of diagramming tools (Visio or similar); * Familiarity with process and project management methodologies (BPMN, Lean, Agile); * Ability to organize schedules and workflows. **Nice-to-have qualifications** * Certifications in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) or Process Improvement (Green/Black Belt); * 1–2 years of experience in project management, especially client implementations or continuous improvement; * Knowledge of dashboards, KPIs, and using artificial intelligence for process optimization. **Profile that fits Exx** * Analytical, critical, and innovative mindset; * Clear communication and organizational skills; * Proactivity, dynamism, and ownership mentality; * Resilience and emotional intelligence; * Results-oriented, efficiency-focused, and committed to continuous improvement; * Systemic vision and strategic thinking.
