The professional will be responsible for structuring, implementing, and sustaining process projects, ensuring strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and business value generation. **Responsibilities** Work at the Corporate Project and Process Office (PMO and BPMO). Lead strategic and high-complexity projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality of deliverables are met. Manage stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams throughout projects. Ensure sustainability of implemented processes by monitoring performance through KPIs and process committees. Conduct financial feasibility analyses for projects and improvement initiatives. Participate in the development and review of corporate policies, standards, and procedures. Promote standardization, governance, and alignment of information across departments. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and gains in operational efficiency. Act as a facilitator between business areas and technology when required. **Mandatory Requirements and Qualifications** Solid senior-level experience in corporate project and process management. Experience working in PMO and/or BPMO. Experience leading high-complexity strategic projects. Knowledge of financial feasibility analysis for projects. Experience in stakeholder management and leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical capability and systemic view of processes. Good communication and negotiation skills. Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis. **Desirable Requirements and Qualifications** Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar). Knowledge of process management methodologies (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma). Experience in the healthcare sector or large-scale corporate environments. Experience in organizational transformation environments.
