Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to implement Custom Solutions and Business Process Automation, from requirements gathering through to client training. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of Custom Solutions and Automation 2. End-to-end involvement in implementation projects 3. Process modeling and specification (Gen.te Flui) We are looking for a professional to play a key role in implementing Custom Solutions and Business Process Automation. The candidate will work on implementation projects, from the requirements-gathering phase through to conducting training sessions with our clients. **Job Description** Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the organization’s specific needs regarding the new system. Interview users, managers, and other involved parties to obtain insights into functional and non-functional requirements. Implementation: Execute system implementation, considering timelines, resources, costs, and potential impacts on existing business processes. System Configuration and Customization: Configure the system according to identified requirements, performing customizations as needed. Testing and Validation: Conduct tests to ensure the system meets quality standards and aligns with established requirements. User Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for end users, ensuring effective understanding of the new system. Post-Implementation Support: Provide support during the Assisted Operations period, resolving issues and ensuring a smooth transition to the new system. Documentation: Create detailed documentation for the implemented system, including user manuals and configuration guides. Internal and Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about progress and resolving issues. Process Modeling, Requirements Gathering, and Specification: Use the Gen.te Flui – Workflow Designer tool to perform process modeling, requirements gathering, and specification. Meeting Facilitation: Lead requirements-gathering, configuration, and process implementation meetings with clients. **Requirements** **Education** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and system implementation; Knowledge of Business Process Modeling (BPM) and BPMN notation; Knowledge of Human Resources policies; Customer service experience; Fluent English (preferred). **Work Format**: Hybrid **Location**: São Paulo, Aparecida de Goiânia, or Belo Horizonte **We Offer:** Flexible Benefits (Meal/Food Allowance).
