**About the Position** ------------------- We are seeking a Power BI and Data Visualization Analyst to build, maintain, and evolve strategic dashboards and analytical reports that support business decision-making. The primary objective of this role is to address current and future data visualization needs within the department, requiring a professional with solid Power BI experience who can independently perform data modeling, develop KPIs, create executive dashboards, and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. In addition to strong Power BI expertise, the candidate will work in a modern data environment leveraging Snowflake and Databricks, collaborating with global teams and international stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Develop, maintain, and enhance strategic dashboards and reports using Power BI. * Create intuitive, business-oriented visualizations to support decision-making. * Translate business requirements into KPIs, metrics, and management dashboards. * Apply data storytelling techniques to communicate information clearly and objectively. * Work with large volumes of data from diverse sources, including Snowflake and Databricks. * Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and business teams to understand reporting needs and requirements. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and integrity of data presented in dashboards and reports. * Conduct exploratory analyses and support insight generation for business areas. * Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Visualization and Business Intelligence. * Proven, hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and KPI creation. * Practical experience with Snowflake. * Practical experience with Databricks. * Advanced English proficiency for verbal communication, enabling frequent interaction with global teams and stakeholders. * Knowledge of data modeling. * Knowledge of ETL processes. * Experience building executive reports and dashboards focused on decision-making. **Technical Skills** -------------------------- ### **Preferred Requirements** * Power BI * Snowflake * Databricks ### **Complementary Skills** * Tableau * Looker * Data Modeling * ETL **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to translate complex data into business insights. * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. * Collaborative profile suited for multidisciplinary and global teams. * Aptitude for presenting results and leading discussions with stakeholders. * Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement. **Ideal Candidate Profile** -------------------- We seek a professional whose primary tool is Power BI and who has practical experience building corporate dashboards, strategic KPIs, and data visualizations for enterprise environments.
