Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Performance Analyst to monitor and improve operational KPIs, with a focus on COGS, inventory management, and recipe standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) daily 2. Manage and control inventory, tracking receipts, issuances, and losses 3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to review and standardize recipes We are looking for a Junior Performance Analyst to support monitoring and improvement of restaurant operational KPIs, focusing on COGS, inventory management, and recipe standardization. We seek an organized, analytical individual with attention to detail, who is interested in closely observing operations and contributing to process efficiency. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) daily Manage and control inventory, tracking receipts, issuances, and losses Update daily control spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy Oversee inventory counts and support stock verification Collaborate with chefs and the kitchen team to review and standardize recipes, ensuring accurate costing Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize costs Support generation of operational performance reports and KPIs Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.943,66 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
