Responsibilities Monitor and analyze COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) daily Manage and control inventory, tracking receipts, issuances, and losses Update daily control spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy Oversee inventory counts and support stock verification Collaborate with chefs and the kitchen team to review and standardize recipes, ensuring accurate costing Identify opportunities to reduce waste and optimize costs Support generation of operational performance reports and KPIs Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$1\.943,66 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
