Job Summary: Responsible for planning and supervising mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities, ensuring reliability, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety standards. Ensuring safety and operational procedures. Responsible for planning mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance activities in the short- and medium-term view, ensuring equipment reliability, schedule compliance, and adherence to safety standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance \- 52-Week Plan. * Supervise internal request submissions, ensuring service quality \- Engeman SSW. * Control maintenance performance indicators. * Develop and monitor action plans to increase asset availability; prepare and conduct weekly planning meetings. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. * Request and monitor procurement of materials and services. **Requirements:** * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and control. * Familiarity with asset management tools and computerized systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related disciplines. * Experience in fertilizer industry maintenance. * Knowledge of reliability methodologies (RCM, PCM, etc).
