Collaborative work in agile teams **Position:** Senior OutSystems Developer **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ **Work Mode:** Remote **Work Location:** Remote **Education Requirement:** Completed undergraduate degree in IT **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve OutSystems (Reactive) applications on the ODC platform; * Participate in defining technical solutions together with architects, analysts, and other developers; * Propose technical solutions balancing simplicity, maintainability, and scalability; * Implement business rules, complex workflows, and integrations with REST APIs; * Use high\-code resources (JavaScript, CSS, custom logic) when necessary; * Perform failure analysis, debugging, and continuous improvement of applications; * Support refactoring activities, bug fixes, and evolution of production applications; * Contribute to defining and disseminating technical standards, best practices, and governance; * Work collaboratively in agile teams. **What We’re Looking For:** * Solid experience developing on the OutSystems platform; * Experience in medium- and high-complexity projects; * Experience with Web and/or Reactive applications in OutSystems; * Experience with integrations via REST and SOAP APIs; * Prior development experience in a high\-code language; * Ability to analyze problems and propose sustainable technical solutions; * Strong knowledge of OutSystems application architecture, including modularization and reuse; * Experience in failure analysis, debugging, and continuous improvement; * Proficiency with platform tools such as AI Mentor; * Knowledge of data modeling and performance best practices; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Nice-to-Have (Differentiators):** * Experience with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC); * Experience working with more distributed architectures or multiple applications; * Knowledge of security, performance, and scalability topics; * Experience with technical governance and standardization practices; * OutSystems certifications.
