Learn more about Galapagos: http://galapagoscapital.com/ **Responsibilities and Duties** **What will you do daily?** *Development and Automation* * Support the development of internal tools to optimize the client onboarding process; * Contribute to the automation of repetitive operational tasks (transfers, registration updates, document management); * Assist in integrating CRM systems with operational platforms. *Data and Reporting* * Support the creation of dashboards and KPI reports for the department; * Organize and process customer and operational data to facilitate analysis; * Identify inconsistencies in databases and propose corrections. *Technical Support to Operations* * Collaborate with operations, compliance, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions; * Document system processes and workflows; * Support testing and validation of new functionalities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You** * Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar); * Advanced English proficiency; * Organization, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * CLT salary; * Own Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * Meal Voucher and Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Transportation Voucher.
