Requirements: **What We’re Looking For:** * An organized profile, capable of handling multiple simultaneous tasks; * Strong communication skills for interacting with service providers and internal teams; * A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail; * Ability to prioritize and resolve operational issues; * Autonomy to execute daily routines and make decisions in operational contexts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in hospitality operations, short-term rentals, facilities management, or building management; * Experience monitoring or coordinating third-party service providers; * A hands-on profile, with a sense of urgency and focus on execution.
