We believe diversity strengthens our team and enriches our solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Digitize and monitor operational KPIs; * Support the preparation of departmental reports; * Manage administrative controls for operations, including inventory tracking and stocktaking; * Analyze opportunities for operational improvement and initiate corresponding implementation measures; * Monitor operational material inventories and place orders when necessary; * Control machine inspection sheets to ensure adherence to maintenance procedures; * Communicate changes in operational management processes; * Act as liaison between field operational teams and coordinators/engineers; * Manage procurement for units, including issuing and tracking purchase orders, receiving and verifying invoices, updating control spreadsheets, and requesting supplier payments; * Restructure/remodel and optimize reports, inventories, and client presentations; * Monitor and propose improvements to collection, transportation, and disposal activity flows; * Conduct operational and environmental inspections; * Perform waste valuation studies and monitor final disposal service providers; * Conduct critical analysis and prepare documentation for audits; * Participate in promoting environmental education projects; * Manage environmental licenses; * Provide support to unit and client suppliers; * Support optimization of unit and client operational KPIs; * Analyze monthly unit performance metrics; * Analyze unit income statements (DRE); * Schedule collections and issue MTRs for Class I and Class II waste, plus consolidate waste data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, or related fields; * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred; * Intermediate English proficiency preferred. **Additional Information** Health Insurance (Unimed); Dental Insurance (Bradesco Dental); Meal Voucher and On-site Cafeteria; Chartered Transportation; Wellhub (Gympass); Veolia Cares: program supporting employee physical and financial well-being; Optum – Mental Health Support Program; 100% Veolia-subsidized Life Insurance. ### **Ready to Renew the World?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
