




POSITION FOR MONITORING ANALYST Location: Imperatriz - MA Responsibilities: * Monitor and analyze failures of locomotives in the fleet under contract at the client, whether in internal systems or the client's system. * Analyze fleet performance through the study of data sent by locomotives (develop graphical reports in Excel or Power BI); * Develop troubleshooting guides to assist the client in inspecting and correcting faults identified by telemetry systems; * Investigate root causes of failures and/or deviations presented by locomotives and develop technical reports to be shared with the client; * Consult key departments such as engineering, reliability, field service, and maintenance to gather information and analyze locomotive failure data; * Assist in the investigation and documentation of product warranty-related issues; * Support the identification, investigation, and resolution of product reliability and performance problems; * Develop department performance indicators Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial processes, software analysis, or data analysis. Basic English level - Reading and writing Advanced knowledge in statistics Proficiency in Office suite tools – Intermediate level Desirable knowledge in interpreting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical diagrams Desirable basic knowledge of locomotives (operation and main components) Advanced knowledge in statistics.
