The mission of the person we are seeking for the Mid-Level Fullstack Developer position is to contribute to the development of innovative Research and Development projects, working on the creation, evolution, and maintenance of digital solutions that connect technology, experimentation, and business impact.
This person will work within a multidisciplinary team, participating in the development of web and mobile applications, API integrations, cloud-based solutions, and initiatives leveraging Artificial Intelligence capabilities—all with a focus on quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
**On a day-to-day basis, you will:**
* Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C\# and JavaScript;
* Work on web-based solutions for innovative projects, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs;
* Contribute to building integrated solutions involving APIs, cloud services, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities;
* Participate in agile squads composed of Product Owners, Quality Analysts, DevOps engineers, Software Architects, and Developers;
* Collaborate on defining technical solutions, software architecture, and development best practices—with support from more senior professionals and subject-matter experts;
* Contribute across the entire software development lifecycle—from understanding requirements and designing solutions, through development, testing, delivery, and maintenance;
* Conduct code reviews, unit and integration tests—contributing to delivery quality, security, and performance;
* Support technical and functional documentation of developed solutions, facilitating project evolution and maintenance;
* Research, experiment with, and apply new technologies that deliver value to projects and the organization.
**What matters to us (Requirements):**
* Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
* Experience in full-stack development using C\# and JavaScript (Angular or React);
* Experience developing cloud-based, web applications and integrating with APIs;
* Familiarity with software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices;
* Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban;
* Interest in working on innovation and technological experimentation projects;
* Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
**It’s a plus if you have:**
* Experience in innovation projects, R\&D, proof-of-concepts, or MVPs;
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;
* Experience creating technical and functional documentation;
* Knowledge of automated testing, observability, or software quality best practices.
