If you identify with this role, come join our team! **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** We are seeking a **Mid-Level Data Analyst** to join our data support team, with **proficiency in Power BI**, **advanced knowledge of SQL**, and an investigative mindset. We expect a self-motivated, organized individual with strong logical reasoning and a sense of responsibility to analyze problems, investigate root causes, and support the stability of data environments. **WHAT WILL THIS PROFESSIONAL DO?** * Monitor observability **routines, pipelines, data loads, and alerts**; * Perform initial technical analysis of **incidents, failures, and data discrepancies**; * Validate updates, availability, and consistency of critical data sources; * Investigate issues in **dashboards, KPIs, queries, and data models**; * Support fixes in **SQL, Power BI, AWS**, and related operational artifacts; * Conduct **reverse engineering** of reports, queries, data flows, and business rules; * Document recurring issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement; * Escalate problems with preliminary diagnosis, evidence, and potential solution paths. **WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?** * **Proficiency in Power BI**, including data modeling, DAX, and performance analysis; * **Advanced knowledge of SQL**, including writing, reading, debugging, and optimizing queries; * Practical experience with **GitHub** for version control and artifact tracking; * Experience in data analysis, validation, and investigation; * Ability to perform **reverse engineering** of existing reports, queries, and data flows; * Understanding of **medallion architecture** and layered data concepts; * Familiarity with data environment support, routine monitoring, and load validation; * Investigative, organized, proactive, and autonomous profile. **WHAT WOULD BE A PLUS?** * Experience with data from the **pharmaceutical industry**; * Experience with **AWS** services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, or Step Functions; * Experience supporting dashboards, pipelines, or data routines; * Knowledge of **Python** for simple analysis or automation tasks; * Experience with technical documentation, versioning, and artifact organization; * Basic understanding of data quality, monitoring, or load validation. **PROCESS STEPS:** * Application * Cultural fit interview * Technical interview * Client interview * Hiring
