Below are the key details about this position: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Contract Type: **PJ****/ME** Monthly Contract Value: **R$7\.000,00 to R$9\.000,00** **Requirements****:** * Solid experience with SQL (CTEs, complex joins, aggregations, optimization); * Proficiency in digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, CAC, etc.); * Experience with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar); * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Metabase, or equivalents); * Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy, matplotlib/seaborn, or similar); * Knowledge of applied statistics (A/B testing, regression, exploratory analysis); * Ability to structure analyses from multiple sources. **Nice-to-Haves****:** * Experience with predictive modeling (propensity, churn, LTV, clustering, etc.); * Experience with ML libraries (scikit\-learn, XGBoost, or similar); * Experience with DBT (modeling and documentation); * Experience with raw / silver / gold data layers; * Knowledge of data governance and data quality; * Experience with cloud environments (AWS and GCP). **Responsibilities****:** * Build and optimize analytical queries and models; * Develop dashboards and performance analyses; * Structure and document metrics and KPIs, including digital marketing metrics; * Conduct exploratory analyses and statistical tests (A/B tests, regression, exploratory analysis); * Develop predictive models applied to marketing and performance; * Support the company’s analytical maturity evolution; * Communicate and collaborate with business areas to generate actionable insights. **Benefits****:** 100% remote work, delivery-based model with mutually agreed availability.
