Job Summary:
This role supports technical management, organization of maintenance schedules, and asset control, ensuring operational efficiency.
Key Highlights:
1. Supports the control and updating of maintenance service orders
2. Assists in organizing maintenance schedules and meeting deadlines
3. Responsible for entering data and requesting quotations from suppliers
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the control and updating of corrective and preventive maintenance service orders, recording information in the system and monitoring activity execution;
* Assist in organizing maintenance schedules, contributing to meeting deadlines established by technical management;
* Enter data into spreadsheets for tracking parts, services performed, and cost per vehicle;
* Request simple quotations from suppliers and forward them for validation, adhering to predefined quality standards and cost limits;
* Conduct initial verification of fiscal documents and service orders for payment release;
* Support control of vehicle entry and exit at the workshop, ensuring orderly recordkeeping and appointment scheduling.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace;
* Perform tasks related to the role as requested by supervisors;
* Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
* Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
**Requirements**
Basic Education Level: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Administration, or related fields.
Preferred Education Level: Completed Bachelor’s degree.
