Teamwork and good interpersonal relationships **Join us as a** **Maintenance Analyst** **Function:** Supply Chain **Scope:** Local **Location:** Unilever Vinhedo \- SP **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor activities related to safety, supplier contacts, supplier and material registration, and cost control of Tactical Team proposals; * Conduct detailed analysis of maintenance costs (parts, labor, third-party services, and fixed monthly contracts); * Perform detailed analysis of purchase orders and track material deliveries; * Monitor the entire invoice flow to ensure no protest issues arise due to non-payment; * Analyze and report all cost indicators, presenting monthly deviation reports comparing targets versus actuals; * Use the SAP PM / DMS / BuildApp maintenance system as a source for data consultation and entry for indicator control; * Analyze inventory movements of warehouse stock parts using SAP PM and DMS to ensure control of high-turnover materials; * Ensure 100% of calibration instruments are registered and controlled, and guarantee that 100% of instruments are calibrated; * Provide support for engineering planning activities involving utilities, processes, production lines, and building infrastructure; * Ensure compliance with applicable BRCGS standard requirements. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree * Prior experience in maintenance * Proficiency in Microsoft tools * Proactivity * Teamwork and good interpersonal relationships * Knowledge of SAP or similar tools **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Postgraduate degree * Intermediate English * Knowledge of maintenance management tools * Familiarity with continuous improvement processes At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
