Job Description
We are seeking a professional responsible for handling incidents related to damages and losses, ensuring accurate analysis of information and alignment with partners and customers. Key responsibilities include receiving and triaging requests sent by Mobis, including email analysis, verification of evidence, and data entry into control spreadsheets. This professional will assess the validity of complaints and forward them to branches and partners as necessary, monitor responses, and issue Debit Notes (DN) when authorized.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Receive and analyze emails sent by Mobis containing damage and loss data;
* Enter data into control spreadsheets;
* Evaluate complaints regarding damages and losses, verifying evidence and validity of each case;
* Forward valid damage and loss complaints to branches and partners for justification of liability or non-liability;
* Monitor responses from branches and partners and, when authorized, issue the corresponding Debit Note (DN).
* Activate insurance claims for damages where Glovis is liable;
* Respond to Mobis on cases deemed valid;
* Reassess cases per current agreements with Mobis, ensuring decision alignment;
* Track receipt of DNs issued to partners and insurance reimbursement amounts.
* Prepare periodic reports for monitoring and payment of DNs directed to Mobis.

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics / Business Administration
