Team support and monitoring **LOGISTICS ANALYST \- /** **Job Description:** Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling WMS, inventory management, team management, operational process control, sector performance evaluation, and implementing measures to ensure activities are carried out in accordance with the company's needs, thereby guaranteeing compliance with regulations and technical procedures. Main Responsibilities: Manage inventory; Coordinate daily inventory counts; Verify inventory levels; Resolve inventory- and counting-related issues; Perform inventory adjustments; Record items as damaged; Resolve pending matters related to product returns; Register PIC and store items (pre-PIC) and release them to the purchasing department; Inspect the warehouse environment to identify potential nonconformity adjustments; Identify solutions for issues occurring in the Winthor system; Conduct team meetings; Provide team support; Monitor employee working hours compliance; Monitor the need for overtime; Track and manage the time bank according to guidelines **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in computer applications (especially advanced Excel). Proven experience in this role.
