We are looking for a **Junior Analyst** to join our **Driver Experience (DSR)** team.
This person will be responsible for designing and conducting surveys, analyses, and action plans regarding driver satisfaction, KPI compliance, retention, and engagement.
* **Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM**
* On-site model in Jandira, SP — must have easy access
**Requirements**

**Hard skills:**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or related fields
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel (PROCs, PivotTables, and macros), PowerPoint, Forms, To Do, and Power BI (preferred)
* Experience with logistics processes and customer service (external and internal)
* Intermediate English or Spanish (preferred).
