JUNIOR TEST ANALYST

Job Summary: We are seeking a Test Engineer to develop and implement testing equipment, manage maintenance, monitor test KPIs in an industrial environment, and participate in new product development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement new testing equipment 2. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment 3. Participate in new product development and industrialization projects **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and implement new testing equipment (ICT, functional, end-of-line) * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of test equipment * Monitor and drive improvement of test KPIs (OEE, FPY, TA, MTBF, MTTR) * Participate in new product development and industrialization projects * Perform MSA on test equipment and update related documentation **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Systems Analysis, or related fields * Prior experience in test engineering within an industrial environment, preferably in the automotive or electronics sector * Advanced English proficiency Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$7.000,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Prior experience in test engineering (Mandatory) Language: * Advanced English (Mandatory)
