Support in information security management and fraud prevention Perform less complex IT department routines, guiding employees and users of shared systems, monitoring systems, maintaining hardware, and ensuring information security. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide support to customers/users and employees, guiding and resolving questions regarding the use of hardware and software; Assist in monitoring systems and applications, network resources, databases, servers, and data input/output, aiming to administer data processing, while ensuring hardware and software functionality; Assist in firewall management, including blocking websites and identifying phishing attempts, to ensure information security and prevent fraud and data theft; Assist in verifying the condition of machines and accessories in the workplace, aiming for organization and maintenance; Assist in internal infrastructure management, such as equipment control and IP address management; Perform job-related activities in compliance with all occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations established by the organization, and consistently use all mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE) required for performing job and departmental tasks; promptly report to the immediate supervisor any activity posing a risk to one's own health or that of fellow workers; Carry out activities in alignment with the company’s values, policies, guidelines, procedures, and processes, always focusing on organizational goals and maintaining confidentiality and protection of company information; Maintain discipline in the 5S program, aiming for safe work through organization, standardization, and cleanliness of the workplace, via internal and external departmental audits; Safeguard company property under one’s responsibility and immediately inform the immediate supervisor of any problems or damages detected. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Information Technology, or related fields.
