




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:15 PM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Providing support to municipal public managers; * Promoting CNM’s interaction with the government, entities, and/or organizations related to its area of activity; * Monitoring programs and policies related to the sector at the National Congress and Federal Government; * Preparing opinions, reports, evaluations, and projects to support the Entity’s activities; * Conducting research focused on the area of activity; * Analyzing data obtained from research; * Providing technical support actions to municipalities related to the area of activity; * Producing technical materials for dissemination via CNM media; * Updating the CNM website with content related to the area of activity; * Participating in events/meetings (in-person and virtual) representing CNM. **Note**: Only the main responsibilities of the position are described herein. Additional tasks related to the nature of the position or the Entity may be assigned to the employee. **Requirements:** **Mandatory Requirement\*:** * Compliance with Law No. 14,341/2022, Article 6, Item III, and its sole paragraph. **Required Education and Experience\*\*:** * Undergraduate degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Law, Administration, or Accounting; * Undergraduate degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Law, Administration, or Accounting; * Experience in municipal public administration; * Experience in internal control and governmental auditing; * Proven experience in activities related to Internal Control, such as Auditing, Accounting, or Legal Affairs; * Willingness to reside in Brasília/DF; * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Education and Knowledge/Experience\*\*\*:** * Completed postgraduate studies in fields related to the area; * Municipal public administration; * Risk management and internal controls; * Systems and technologies applied to control; * Financial, accounting, and asset management; * Public procurement, contracts, and agreements; * Public planning and budgeting; * Data, chart, and map analysis and interpretation; * Experience delivering presentations and lectures. * Art. 6º Associations representing municipalities shall select personnel and procure goods and services based on simplified procedures established in their own regulations, observing the following: (...)
