**Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Legal Support Analyst, you will:**
* Analyze opportunities, address and monitor deliverables alongside the Processes team, ensuring timely and high-quality execution;
* Evaluate internal opportunities by developing projects aimed at improving departmental performance indicators;
* Assess available BI data to identify improvement opportunities in coordination with the Support Supervision team;
* Prepare presentations for the team focused on performance indicators and continuous operational improvement;
* Draft internal team communications whenever necessary, as well as communications and business refreshers for partner law firms;
* Ensure implementation of controls established by management;
* Support operational activities across business areas whenever involved or designated as support;
* Assist assistants in complex cases to ensure task completion and knowledge absorption;
* Execute highly critical and impactful restricted-access operational tasks for the Company;
* Maintain OBF (Obligations to Perform) documentation for critical cases;
* Provide exclusive support for specific Company businesses—for example, courses with higher-value tickets;
* Provide exclusive support for Company projects with judicial impact;
* Conduct confidential analyses as directed by the Legal team;
* Gather supporting evidence for critical cases, focusing on building a narrative to provide the Legal team with sufficient information to mount defenses and/or respond to the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Ministry of Education, official government agency notices, PROCON, Regional Councils, and administrative proceedings;
* Execute Obligations to Perform and Civil Public Actions (ACP) involving the responsible business area;
* Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders (partner campuses, third-party law firms, suppliers) and the Company;
* Serve as an interface between internal and external areas.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office / Internet;

* Power BI experience;
* Write Belt certification;
* Experience with flowchart design tools.
