Job Summary: Responsible for the analysis and auditing of products and processes, ensuring compliance with the company’s technical, functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct product and process audits and other activities contributing to the improvement of processes, information systems, and product quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** • Perform tests ensuring impartiality and reliability of results. • Identify potential sources of deviation in the management system that may impact laboratory testing activities. • Inspect materials produced at all stages of the process to ensure no nonconformities occur, preventing the propagation of quality issues across production lines. • Provide technical support to production teams, guiding them on how and when to perform product measurements to ensure compliance with specifications. • Assist analysts in product and process audits according to schedule, selecting parts from the production area and verifying their conformity with manufacturing procedures. • Assist analysts in conducting statistical process control (SPC) studies and measurement systems analysis (MSA). • Identify, contain, and analyze suspect materials through documentation and issuance of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). • Audit reworked material using specifications or standards and present findings to superiors for decision-making and validation. • Conduct daily rounds across processes, checking completion of quality documents, proper use of instruments and calibrators, and implementation of Standards and Poka-Yoke systems where applicable. • Perform routine tasks in specific laboratories such as hardness, sensitivity, incoming inspection, and final audit, applying standards and specifications to guarantee product quality. • Participate in product acceptance activities with domestic or international customers, performing dimensional, visual, and functional inspections on products and presenting analysis results and collected data. • Select and send products for certification at national and/or international test centers, selecting and auditing samples to obtain marketing authorization. • Perform simple procedures or tasks not requiring deep expertise in the field, under supervision of full-level and senior Quality Inspectors and/or the Quality Supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum Education: Completed high school. Preferred Education: Technical or higher education degree focused on quality, production, or processes. Technical Competencies: Quality Tools. Desirable Competencies: Intermediate Microsoft Office package, statistical process control, and technical drawing reading and interpretation. Behavioral Competencies: Teamwork, self-motivation, effective communication, and proactivity.
