### **Job Title** Junior Procurement Analyst ### **Job Description** **Junior Procurement Analyst:** Perform procurement-related activities for Philips' Customer Services area. **You will work:** On the local Sales Support team located in Barueri\|SP. **Your responsibilities:** * Detailed analysis of tender notices; * Preparation of proposals, declarations, and other documents required in the procurement process; * Preparation of clarifications, challenges, appeals, etc.; * Direct participation in electronic tenders and support for in-person tenders; * Monitoring outcomes of all processes and updating results spreadsheets; * Interaction with commercial, supply, credit, and other departments. **You are the right person if you:** * Hold a completed undergraduate degree; * Are familiar with applicable legislation, such as Federal Law No. 8666/93, Law No. 10520/2002, and the new Public Procurement Law; * Have extensive experience with major public procurement platforms, such as Comprasnet, Licitacoes\-e, and the Public Procurement Portal, etc.; * Understand corporate documentation and legal qualification requirements; * Possess skills including teamwork, organization, initiative, and prioritization. **All positions in our teams are open to professionals with disabilities (PCD);** **About Philips:** We are a health technology company.
