Analyze data for savings strategy and continuous improvement As a **Procurement Analyst at FIT Group**, you will be one of the strategic engineers in our pits, ensuring that the car has the best components and the right fuel for victory. Your mission is to ensure that the *supply chain* operates with the precision of a *pit stop*: the right inputs, in the right place, in record time, and with the best cost\-benefit ratio. Your responsibility is to optimize every gear of our supply chain, ensuring that our operations never lose traction due to resource shortages or negotiation failures. **Your main responsibilities and duties:** **1\. Order Flow Management** * Lead Purchase Order (PO) processing, validating technical specifications and ensuring each internal requisition aligns with the *budget* and team policies. * Manage the approval workflow in the system, ensuring the "green light" for purchases occurs swiftly and compliantly. **2\. Negotiation and Cost Pole Position** * Conduct quotation processes for materials and services, analyzing commercial proposals as if studying competitors' telemetry. * Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms, always striving for the *pole position* in cost\-benefit ratio for the company. **3\. Supplier Management** * Maintain relationships with active suppliers, closely monitoring delivery performance and quality (our *track rating*). * Identify and qualify new strategic partners, ensuring our supplier base consistently earns a podium finish. **4\. Data Analysis and Savings Strategy** * Conduct comparative price and historical purchase analyses to identify cost reduction (*saving*) opportunities and improvements in commercial terms. * Transform market data into competitive intelligence for operations. **5\. Follow\-up and Risk Mitigation** * Continuously monitor (*follow\-up*) orders to ensure on-time delivery and prevent any "supply disruption" risk that could trigger a production red flag. * Proactively mitigate delay risks before they reach the track. **6\. Cross\-Functional Interface** * Serve as a consultative support point for requesting departments, clarifying questions about processes, service timelines, and proposing alternative supply options to accelerate business operations. **7\. Procurement Governance and Telemetry** * Maintain up-to-date records of negotiations, contracts, and orders, ensuring full information traceability (our *race log*). * Develop dashboards and performance reports (KPIs for volume, *lead time*, and *saving*) to support departmental management.
