Junior Laboratory Analyst

Join our Team! **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct laboratory analyses (focusing on titration and physicochemical analyses) according to control plans; * Prepare solutions and issue analytical reports; * Release or retain products, ingredients, and raw materials; * Issue non-conformance reports for ingredients and raw materials, forwarding them to suppliers; * Assist in conducting laboratory-related investigations and non-conformities, identify root causes, and propose effective CAPAs to prevent recurrence; * Develop and update laboratory and operational procedures. * Inventory verification; * Maintain internal and external quality control; * Control reagent inventory, including their expiration dates; * Request supplies and reagents; * Collect statistical data from activities; * Carry out tasks delegated by immediate supervisors. **Requirements and qualifications** * Technical course in Chemistry; * Active registration with the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ); * Prior experience in industrial activities; * Proficiency in computer applications/Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). **Additional information** The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating in an integrated manner within the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
