Support in Problem Resolution and Investigations BAUMINAS is seeking a Junior Laboratory Analyst for our Quality Control department. Join our Team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the preparation, control, and consensus of departmental documents, as well as in organizing their archives; * Conduct laboratory analyses (focused on titration and physicochemical analyses) according to control plans; * Prepare solutions and issue analytical reports; * Perform product, ingredient, and raw material releases and holds; * Issue non-conformance reports for ingredients and raw materials, forwarding them to suppliers; * Plan test execution to optimize resources and meet deadlines; * Provide support in problem resolution and technical expertise for the laboratory; * Assist in conducting laboratory-related investigations and non-conformances, identifying root causes and proposing effective CAPAs to prevent recurrence; * Create and update laboratory and operational procedures. * Inventory verification; * Maintain internal and external quality control; * Control reagent inventory and their expiration dates; * Request supplies and reagents; * Collect statistical data from activities; * Perform tasks delegated by immediate supervisors; * And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical Course in Chemistry; * Active registration with the Regional Chemistry Council (CRQ); * Prior experience in industrial activities; * Proficiency in computer applications/Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); * Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to act quickly, organizational skills, and commitment. **Additional Information** * Availability to work 100% onsite in Rio Claro \- SP; The BAUMINAS Group comprises four companies operating integrally in the Environmental Sanitation industry: BAUMINAS Águas, BAUMINAS Mineração, BAUMINAS Log, and BAUMINAS Hidroazul.
