This person will manage leased properties, as well as their financial and maintenance aspects. **Required Experience** * Proven experience in **Contract Management**; experience in real estate management is a plus. * Financial knowledge desirable, including costs and payments. * Ability to negotiate with internal clients. * Knowledge of maintenance management related to landlord responsibilities is a plus. **Mandatory Requirements** Available for 100% in-person work in Indaiatuba.
